Immunizations

State Law (RCW28A.210) mandates either: 1) full immunizations, 2) the initiation of a schedule of immunizations, or 3) a certificate of exemption for every child to attend school. Required immunizations vary according to the age of the student. The required immunizations include: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella (chicken pox).
